Entreprohooper, operated by Adrian Lopez (“Entreprohooper,” “The Reinvention,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. Adrian Lopez is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, the legal bases for processing where applicable, and what choices users have regarding their information.

Information Collected

The site collects personal information that users voluntarily provide, such as email address (assessment gate, account creation, contact form), account password (during signup, only stored hashed by our authentication provider), and any text submitted through the Reinvention Assessment. The site also collects limited technical information automatically — browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and general site usage data — through cookies and analytics as described below.

Assessment Responses

The Reinvention Assessment asks you about your background, interests, daily inputs, future self, fears, and avoided actions. These responses currently remain in your browser’s local storage on the device you used to take the assessment. They are not transmitted to our servers, and they are not used to build public profiles, marketing segments, or advertising audiences.

The email you enter at the results gate is stored alongside the assessment in your browser and is used to save your result and give you account access when you sign up. If you create an account, your email is stored by our authentication and database provider (see “Service providers” below). Clearing your browser storage removes the local assessment data on that device.

Automated Processing & AI

Your recommended path is generated by a deterministic rules-based classifier that runs in your browser on your assessment answers. No large language model (LLM) or third-party AI service is used to generate your path, and your assessment answers are not sent to any AI provider.

We do not use your assessment answers, account data, or support messages to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine-learning model — ours or a third party’s.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• Deliver the assessment experience and your recommended path.
• Save your assessment result and give you account access.
• Send transactional account and security emails (signup confirmation, password reset, magic-link, email change).
• Provide access to The Reinvention OS features tied to your account.
• Respond to questions or support requests.
• Send occasional product-update emails only to users who explicitly opt in.
• Understand aggregate site usage and improve performance.

Marketing Consent

Marketing consent is optional, off by default, and stored separately from your account and from any transactional or security emails. Ticking the “Send me occasional Entreprohooper product updates” box on the assessment gate is the only way marketing consent is granted; leaving it unticked has no effect on your account, your access to the product, or the delivery of your assessment result. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@entreprohooper.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop transactional account or security emails, which are required to operate your account.

Payments

The Reinvention OS · Version I is currently offered free of charge. No credit card is required, no payment is collected, and no payment processor is used in the Version I journey. If a paid tier is introduced in the future, this section will be updated before any charges are collected to describe the payment processor, the data it receives, and how billing information is handled.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the assessment result and account-based access to the product); legitimate interests (to secure the site, prevent fraud, and improve the product); consent (for optional analytics cookies and for marketing emails); and legal obligation (to retain applicable records).

Cookies and Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-ZCTWHJKT43), operated by Google LLC, to understand aggregate site usage — pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, and device type. Google may set cookies to support this measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use a privacy-focused browser or extension to block analytics; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver the product, in the following categories:

• Hosting, database, and authentication provider (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) — stores your account, authenticates sign-ins, and hosts the site.
• Managed email delivery provider — sends transactional account and security emails (signup, magic link, password reset, email change) and, if you opt in, product updates. Uses your email address and the message contents needed to deliver the email.
• Analytics provider (Google Analytics 4, Google LLC) — aggregate usage measurement as described above.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) — engaged only when necessary and bound by confidentiality.

We do not currently use a payment processor, an AI/LLM provider, a CRM, or an advertising platform. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those providers receive personal data.

Retention

Assessment answers stored in your browser remain until you clear browser storage on that device. Account records (email, authentication data, and any account-linked assessment history) are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where a legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligation requires us to retain a limited record for longer, in which case that record is isolated from active systems. Aggregate, de-identified analytics records may be retained indefinitely.

Deletion & access requests

To delete your account and personal data, or to request a copy of the personal data associated with your account, email support@entreprohooper.com from the address used to sign up. We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification. To remove the local assessment draft from your current browser without emailing support, clear site data for entreprohooper.com in your browser settings.

Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to help protect personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to certain information collected about you and the right to request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions. California residents may also request information about how to exercise applicable privacy rights by contacting support@entreprohooper.com.

Entreprohooper does not currently sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California privacy law. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

This site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Entreprohooper is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party services, and users should review their policies separately.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not intended for children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
