Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website at entreprohooper.com and The Reinvention OS (the "Service"). The Service is sold and operated by Adrian Lopez, an individual sole proprietor trading as Entreprohooper ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Reinvention OS is a self-guided digital operating system: a personalized action plan, daily Box Score, weekly Film Room, Fear Audit, Framework Vault, and private dashboard. It is delivered as software you access via your account. It is not coaching, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; commit fraud; infringe intellectual property; upload malware; probe, scrape, or interfere with security; or share your account with others to circumvent the one-account access model.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, the underlying software, frameworks, written content, branding, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal reinvention. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our content.

5. Access & payments

The Reinvention OS · Version I is currently offered free of charge. No credit card is required, no payment is collected, and there is no subscription. Access to Version I is tied to your account and remains available as long as your account is active and the Service operates.

If a paid tier is introduced in the future, updated payment terms — including the payment processor, receipts, and refund handling — will be posted here before any charges are collected and will not apply retroactively to the free Version I access you already have.

6. Refunds

No payment applies to Version I, so no refund process is required. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, change, or discontinue features.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your license ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at any fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, while Version I is offered free, will be zero). We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
